Program Overview

Good Neighbor Pharmacy is excited to offer the Local Social Media Advertising Solution, designed to help pharmacies boost patient engagement and drive revenue growth through targeted, paid social media advertising campaigns ("Campaigns"). This form allows you to opt into multiple Campaigns for the entire year at once, simplifying participation and ensuring consistent promotion of key services for your Pharmacy.

Participation Details

Campaign ads will be run through participating locations' SOCi accounts and connected Meta pages.
Campaign Opt-In Deadlines:

For 2026: End of the day fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the respective Campaign start date.
For 2027: End of the day the 20th of the month prior to the respective Campaign start date.
Please review the applicable Campaign below for the relevant Campaign opt-in/cancellation date.

Each Campaign requires payment of a "Participation Fee":

One-month Campaigns: $150 (ad spend) + $35 (setup fee) = $185 (total)
Two-month Campaigns: $300 (ad spend) + $35 (setup fee) = $335 (total)

Applicable Campaign Participation Fees, including a nonrefundable setup fee and incurred Campaign advertising budget expenditures, will be billed to each participating locations’ respective Cencora account following conclusion of the respective Campaign. By agreeing to participate in a Campaign, each participating location agrees to pay the applicable Campaign Participation Fee. Applicable Campaign Participation Fees will be billed as "Social Media Advertising."
Campaign participation is generally non-cancellable, and applicable Campaign Participation Fees are nonrefundable once the respective Campaign Opt-In deadline has passed.

If you wish to modify previously submitted Campaign participation elections, please complete and submit a new Opt-In Form that includes your updated elections. However, please note that submitted Campaign participation elections cannot be modified following the respective Campaign Opt-In Deadline(s). Campaign Details

Below are the Campaigns available for the Local Social Media Advertising Solution. Please review the descriptions and indicate your participation by checking the box next to each Campaign you'd like to opt into. Checking the box signifies that you are opting into the applicable Campaign, while leaving the box unchecked indicates that you are opting out of the applicable Campaign.

Terms and Conditions

This Opt-In Form, the Local Social Media Advertising Solution, and participation in each Campaign is made available pursuant to your Premier Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) with AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation (“ABDC”), which such Agreement is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference. Capitalized terms used but not separately defined herein shall have the same meaning attributed thereto as provided in the Agreement. By completing this Opt-In Form, including checking the box below and typing your name in the signature field, you, the undersigned, hereby: (i) agree to participate or decline participation in the identified Campaigns, as applicable; (ii) as applicable, agree to pay the Participation Fee(s) provided above for each Campaign selected for participation and authorize ABDC and/or SOCi, Inc. to effectuate local advertisements in your Pharmacy’s applicable social media profile(s) as provided herein; (iii) as applicable, authorize ABDC to use and disclose any and all Pharmacy Data resulting from your Pharmacy’s participation in the Campaign(s) for analysis and reporting purposes; (iv) understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for complying with applicable eligibility requirements respecting Campaign participation at all times, including, without limitation, keeping your Pharmacy’s applicable social media account(s), channel(s), and/or page(s) in good standing and connected to ABDC's applicable business portfolio(s), social media account(s), channel(s), and/or page(s) throughout the Campaign period; (v) represent and warrant that: (a) you are a duly authorized representative of your Pharmacy and fully authorized and empowered to execute this Opt-in Form on behalf of your Pharmacy; and (b) with respect to each Campaign selected for participation, your Pharmacy’s applicable social media account(s), channel(s), and/or page(s) are in good standing as of the respective Campaign Opt-In Deadline(s); (vi) agree that electronic signatures included in this Opt-In Form, including typed signatures, are intended to authenticate this writing and to have the same force and effect as manual signatures; and (vii) understand and agree that, except as may be otherwise agreed upon in writing by ABDC, in its sole discretion, Campaign participation is non-cancellable following the respective Campaign Opt-In deadline(s), and all associated Campaign Participation Fees, including by not limited to setup fees and incurred advertising spend, are nonrefundable; and (viii) certify that you have read, understand, and agree to the foregoing in full.
